StoreCompliant (“we”, “us”) operates the website storecompliant.com and the StoreCompliant app. Email is the quickest way to reach us; see also the contact page.
The app is installed, and any paid plan is billed, through the shop platform a merchant uses. Nothing is sold through this website.
2. Not legal advice
The website, its guides and the app give general information and practical tools. They are not legal advice. StoreCompliant is a compliance aid: a merchant who uses it remains responsible for their prices, promotions, wording and compliance with the law. The rules described on the website are applied through the national law of each country and can differ in their details. If you need to know what the law requires of your business, ask a qualified lawyer.
We take care that the information on the website is accurate and current, and we correct errors when we learn of them. If you find one, please tell us at hello@storecompliant.com.
3. Trademarks and no affiliation
- Wix and the Wix App Market are trademarks of Wix.com Ltd. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. WooCommerce is a trademark of its owner. All other product and company names mentioned on the website are trademarks of their respective owners.
- These names are used only to say which platforms the app works with or is planned for. StoreCompliant is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce or any other platform.
- StoreCompliant is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the European Union, the European Commission or any national authority. References to EU directives and regulations describe the law; they do not imply any official status.
- The EU legal guarantee notice that the app displays is the European Commission’s official harmonised material. The app reproduces it unchanged, in the language versions published by the Commission. We claim no rights in it, and showing it does not mean that the European Union has reviewed or approved the app or any shop that uses it.
4. Other documents
The rules for using the app and the website, including intellectual property and liability, are in the terms of use. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and what is stored in your browser in the cookie policy. The agreement that applies when the app processes shoppers’ data for a merchant is the data processing agreement. Our security measures are described on the security and data page.
5. Applicable law
This notice and the use of the website are governed by the law of Turkey, and disputes are submitted to the courts of Mersin, Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory rules that cannot be set aside by agreement. In particular, consumers keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live and may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
