# StoreCompliant > StoreCompliant helps online shops display what EU consumer law asks for: the 30-day lowest price under every discount, the official EU legal guarantee notice, and a withdrawal button with a record of every request. StoreCompliant is an app for online shops that sell goods to consumers in the EU or EEA. It helps a shop display three things EU consumer law asks for and keeps records of them. It is a compliance aid, not legal advice: it does not make a shop compliant, and the shop stays responsible for its prices, promotions and compliance. Last updated: 2026-10-07. ## What it does - [30-day lowest price](https://storecompliant.com/features/30-day-lowest-price): Under every discounted price, the lowest price of the 30 days before the discount — worked out for each variant and shown in the shopper’s language. (Omnibus Directive; in force since 28 May 2022.) - [Legal guarantee notice](https://storecompliant.com/features/legal-guarantee-notice): The EU’s own harmonised notice on the legal guarantee, unchanged and in the shopper’s language: a link, a compact card or the notice itself under the price. (Directive (EU) 2024/825; applies from 27 September 2026.) - [Withdrawal button](https://storecompliant.com/features/withdrawal-button): A “withdraw from contract here” button on every page, a two-step form, a dated confirmation email and a log of every request. (Directive (EU) 2023/2673; applies from 19 June 2026.) Details that matter: - The 30-day lowest price line reads “Lowest price in the 30 days before this discount: X”, is worked out per variant and is shown only while a product is discounted. Recording starts when the app is installed; for a product already on sale at install the app shows nothing until the merchant imports earlier prices from a CSV file. It never shows a figure it has no record for. The dashboard flags discounts whose crossed-out “was” price is higher than anything on record for the 30 days before the discount. - The legal guarantee notice is the European Commission’s own harmonised notice (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960), shown unchanged under the price as a link (“Your legal guarantee rights”), a compact card or the notice itself, as the merchant chooses, or in a widget the merchant places. The directive asks for the notice to be given “in a prominent manner”; which form and placement suit a given shop is for the merchant to judge against national law. - The withdrawal button is a “Withdraw from contract here” bar on every page (or a footer widget), a two-step form (name, order number, email, optional items, then confirm), a dated confirmation email to the shopper and a log of every request with a reference number and a status (New / Handled). - Everything shoppers see is in all 24 official EU languages, chosen from the language of the shop page. The merchant dashboard is in 20 languages. No code or theme editing. A first-run “Set up” checklist. ## What it does not do - It does not give legal advice or make a shop compliant. It does not judge whether a discount is lawful; it states what is on record. - It does not know prices from before it was installed (see the CSV import above). - It does not refund orders or process returns; it records withdrawal requests. - It does not add the harmonised durability label (the “GARAN” label for a producer’s commercial guarantee of durability). - It covers three notices only: product safety information (GPSR), cookie banners, terms, privacy policies and tax are outside its scope. ## Platforms - [StoreCompliant for Wix](https://storecompliant.com/platforms/wix): Available now (listed in the platform’s app store). For Wix Stores. Adds itself to your product page; no code and no theme edits. - [StoreCompliant for Shopify](https://storecompliant.com/platforms/shopify): In development (in development; not available; no date given). Same three features, built for Shopify themes and Markets. - [StoreCompliant for WooCommerce](https://storecompliant.com/platforms/woocommerce): Planned (planned; not built yet; no date given). The price line adds itself to the product page; the notice and the withdrawal button can also be placed as widgets from the Wix Editor (Add Elements → App Widgets). The Wix App Market listing is https://www.wix.com/app-market/storecompliant-eu-shop-rules . There is no listing for the other platforms yet; do not cite an app-store link for them. ## Pricing (USD, billed through the shop platform) - Free: $0 forever. Up to 50 products. Under EU law the figure to compare with is the lowest price of the previous 30 days, and any percentage must be worked out from it. This guide shows, with worked examples, why a single figure per product goes wrong when sizes or colours have their own prices or their own discount history, and what is still unsettled.
