What is the same on every platform

  • The same three features

    The 30-day lowest price line, the official EU legal guarantee notice and the withdrawal button with its request log.

  • The same languages

    Everything shoppers see is in all 24 official EU languages. The merchant dashboard is in 20.

  • The same pricing model

    Free for up to 50 products, then plans by catalogue size, with all three features on every plan. Billing runs through the platform.

  • The same promises about data

    Catalogue data and shop settings are stored; shopper data only for withdrawal requests. No tracking cookies on the storefront.

What is specific to each platform

  • How it installs

    Each platform has its own app store and its own way of adding an app to a shop.

  • Where things appear

    The price line, the notice and the button are placed with each platform’s own tools: plugins and widgets on Wix, themes and blocks on Shopify, WordPress hooks on WooCommerce.

  • Billing

    Plans are charged by the platform, so prices and billing periods can differ from one to the next. The published prices are the Wix prices.

  • Status

    Only the Wix version is built. The others are not available, and we give no dates for them.

Under every discounted price, the lowest price of the 30 days before the discount — worked out for each variant and shown in the shopper’s language.

Legal guarantee notice

The EU’s own harmonised notice on the legal guarantee, unchanged and in the shopper’s language: a link, a compact card or the notice itself under the price.

Withdrawal button

A “withdraw from contract here” button on every page, a two-step form, a dated confirmation email and a log of every request.
