How billing works

Billed through your shop platform

You pay through the platform your shop runs on, not through this website. On Wix the plan is charged through your Wix account, where yearly billing costs less than monthly.

All three features on every plan

The price line, the legal guarantee notice and the withdrawal button are on every plan, the free one included. Plans differ in how many products they cover and in the records you can export.

14 days of grace when you outgrow a paid plan

If a shop on a paid plan grows past its product limit, it keeps full coverage for 14 days before the limit applies. That gives you time to move to the next plan or trim the catalogue.

The free plan covers your first 50 products

On the free plan the limit of 50 products applies to the first 50 in your catalogue. Products beyond those are not covered until you move to a larger plan.

Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan covers up to 50 products and includes all three features: the 30-day lowest price line, the EU legal guarantee notice and the withdrawal button with its confirmation email and log. It has no time limit.

What do the paid plans add?

Paid plans cover more products: up to 250 products on Starter, up to 2,500 products on Growth and no limit on Unlimited. They also add the price evidence export (PDF and CSV), your own wording for the price line, the option to show each feature to EU and EEA visitors only, and the order check and CSV export for withdrawal requests.

Which plan do I need?

Choose by the number of products in your shop: Free for up to 50, Starter ($4.99 a month) for up to 250, Growth ($14.99 a month) for up to 2,500 and Unlimited ($49.99 a month) beyond that. If you want the evidence export or the other extras, any paid plan has them.

What happens if my catalogue grows past the limit of my plan?

On a paid plan you keep full coverage for 14 days before the limit applies, so there is time to change plan. On the free plan the first 50 products are covered.

How am I billed?

Billing runs through the platform your shop is on, not through this website. On Wix, the plan is charged to your Wix account, and you change or cancel it there.

Is the EU legal guarantee notice really free?

Yes. The legal guarantee notice is included on every plan, the free plan too.
